Join Townshippers’ Association for the
37th Annual Townshippers’ Day Festivities in Brome, Quebec!
Townshippers’ Association cordially invites media representatives to participate in the 37 edition of Townshippers’ Day, taking place at the Brome fairgrounds, 345 Stagecoach Road, Brome, Quebec, on Saturday, September 17, 2016. A bilingual, family-friendly event, Townshippers’ Day is a cultural festival and information fair celebrating the creativity, heritage, and vitality of the English-speaking community of the historical Eastern Townships.
Hosted by the Town of Brome Lake, Brome Village and Townshippers’ Association, a non-profit, non-partisan community organization focused on promoting and supporting the interests of the English-speaking minority community in the Eastern Townships, the 2015 edition of Townshippers’ Day will begin with the Opening Ceremonies, taking place at 10 a.m. on the open stage located to the right of the fairground pedestrian entrance. The ceremonies will be followed by the presentation of the Outstanding Townshippers and Young Townships Leaders awards.
